Flooding

This loss was caused by a broken supply line to in the bathroom.  Customer was not home at the time and a neighbor noticed water coming down the driveway.

By the time we got the call and get our technicians to the residence there was already substantial amount of water.  

Our technicians were able to extract most of the water from the carpets before removing.  Due to the amount of water and time it sat, the technicians needed to due what is called a "flood cut"- cutting the drywall about two feed up to insure proper drying and prevention of any mold.
