Water on Landing in Huntington Beach, CA

As you can see from the pictures, it is the Christmas season.  Never a good time for water damage but especially when family is on their way over.

This customer was busy with other things and forgot to turn of the water in the upstairs laundry room sink.  Needless to say, the water made it all the way down to the first floor.

SERVPRO of Huntington Beach arrived quickly and was able to save the hardwood flooring on the landing and stairs.  Unfortunately, the dining room directly below the cause of loss needed the flooring and drywall ceiling removed.  

Customer was happy that hardwood was saved as they recently remodeled.
